Hi, we’re Rick and Susan Bennett, founders and senior leaders of Freedom Gate Church. We’ve been blissfully married over thirty years and one of our greatest thrills in life is expanding the Kingdom of God with our son Ricky, his wife Elizabeth. And we’re super proud of our grandsons, Luke and Joshua.
If we had to describe our ministry in one word, it’d be “equipping”. We love people. And especially love seeing people discover their God-ordained dreams and destinies. We are incredibly excited to be part of a great team of leaders committed to planting churches, reaching the lost, touching the hurting and raising up a generation of radical believers who fearlessly take the reality of Jesus into all of life’s venues.

Pastor Rick In Action- Since the early days of his ministry, Rick’s passion for the Word of God and Worship have been driving forces in his life. He is a gifted and solid teacher of the word, an anointed psalmist, a true shepherd to the flock of God, and a father to a generation.
ABOUT PASTOR SUSAN:
Collects- Native American pottery, rugs, and heirlooms…many are gifts from years of ministry on reservations.
Did You Know- Her maiden name is Duck!
Birthday- Same as her husband…December 14th.
Best Meal- According to her son, she’s got the World’s Best Bowtie Pasta recipe. Seriously though, everything she whips up is amazing!
Pastor Susan In Action- Susan serves alongside her husband at FGC and also serves as the ministry leader for the Outpost of Freedom Missions Base. Her rich Christian and missions heritage established deep desires from childhood to facilitate furthering the Gospel. Susan is a passionate giver, coach and friend.
